Enjoy Every Moment
I woke this morning realizing it is already April 16. Last night we went to the store and there are graduation things up and all over, and someone posted that there are something like 37 weeks till Christmas.
Stop a second … take a breath.
I read last week that time is a matter of perspective. I’m trying to remember to slow things down when I have a “time flies” thought.
It’s my goal to keep that as top of mind as possible, as it is my ultimate goal to enjoy my life — to savor my moments, to notice the little things and prioritize what’s important. To stop applying meaning to situations or circumstances that are, perhaps, beyond my control, and to realize that the only thing that makes them important is the attention I give to them…
Because I know now that my mind creates my moments, my hours, my day.
And, my goal is to remind you to enjoy life, too.
Today, try to not let the negative voices tell you stories. Make today, your right now, what you can control, your focus.
I believe that it’s time to enjoy your life.
I believe that it is TIME to Play <3 Love,
