Stories Can Paralyze. It’s Time to “DO IT”
This is super wisdom. Think about the statement and think about your life experience.
I personally used to say, “I can’t” and “It’s Too Hard”. I didn’t even realize the stories I was telling myself. These “stories” paralyze us.
What is the story you tell yourself?
After 30 years working in healthcare, I know that if we don’t pursue our passion we will have regrets down the road.
Take a moment and look inside your heart. What is your passion?
Maybe today is your “someday” to take that first step.
I believe that it’s time for us to enjoy life.
PS — need to get “unstuck”? The Time to Play Foundation offers emotional intelligence coaching and an amazing self-assessment that will literally free you so you can love your life. Call 631-331-2675 for more info or email firstname.lastname@example.org
