BEYOND INCREDIBLE! — So over the snowstorm time while I have been home, I read the “Biology of Belief” by Bruce Lipton, PhD and then also watched the following video “Healing with the Power of Placebo”.

Incredibly, the findings show that, based on whether we are thinking fear or hope, our expectations can trigger chemical reactions that change our bodies and that what our expectations are can change our physiology.

There have been studies from Harvard and other medical leaders that show a placebo can alleviate pain, depression, insomnia, nausea, ADD, migraines, IBS. The placebo affect (fake surgery) also healed people who would have otherwise gone for knee surgery and even healed people with fractured spines with no surgery intervention.

Hypnosis has also been found to be effective, as belief, expectation and understanding gets our internal systems working for pain control, etc. to change our expectations and increases the link between our minds and bodies to get our internal systems working.

If you get a moment, this is definitely worth a watch.http://www.mmshealthyforlife.com/healing-with-the-power-of-…
