Life is stressful, but being grateful, thankful and finding the positive things in our lives are proven to help us be happy, healthy and positive, too! I have one in my bedroom, bathroom, and on my refrigerator in my kitchen. The first thing I do when I wake up is write things I’m thankful for to help me start my day off right. I also use this in the evening after my day to reflect on the good things that happend and what I was grateful and thankful for that happened. It settles me down, makes me happy, and helps me sleep better. I encourage my kids to use the boards, too.
